Not sure why you mentioned vortex at all. However, there is no such thing in Vortex. Because your first post is kind of confusing.
Turns out it didn't like the fact it wasn't located on the programx86 drive :C for REASONS. Popular examples include the Mod Configuration Menu, Project Nevada, Weapon Mod Menu, Better Pickup Prompt etc. I plan to add texture packs afterwards but the problem is with the three mods above.
